RETURNS POLICY

Our priority is to keep you happy and we offer "100% satisfaction guarantee" where you can return any unopened item in its original packaging, together with the receipt within 30 days of the date of receipt of your order. Our aim is to offer you good value for your money, time and trust on our products and services.

We want to make certain you are always happy when shopping with us. To ensure this, we offer you the exchange/return of your transaction in the unlikely event of an item being received damaged/faulty, or your dissatisfaction with your purchase.

You are requested to report this to us within 24 hours of receipt of the item. According to our standard payment and refund policy, we will take care of your return issue within 5 working days, starting from the day we receive return item from you.

During Christmas, buyers who purchase items between 1 November and 31 December will be given an extended time period for returns - you'll have until 31 January to return the items.

Returns Postage Cost:

  1. If you receive a damaged/faulty item or an item not matching its description, we are happy to bear the postages charges.
  2. As a customer, you will pay the postage charges if you change your mind to exchange or return the item.

When will you receive your replacement? 

After receiving the return item back from you, we ensure to send you a replacement within 24 hours, so you can be rest assured that we treat our returns with the same respect as we do our orders.
