I don't think I'll ever go back to thinner mats. The yoga mats I’ve used in the past were all about half the thinness of this one, and they more often than not left me with bruised knees or pained elbows when I did my HIIT and martial arts workouts. This mat has been a life changer.

It’s really high quality, hard-wearing, and very comfortable. It’s almost as lightweight as a thinner mat and so completely portable to carry around to the gym or outdoor classes despite its thickness. It flattens out almost completely in just a few minutes.

The material is plush but firm, so my body doesn’t sink into it completely but still feels protected from the hard ground. Super comfortable to exercise on and absorbs the noise the shock of more vigorous exercise.

The mat stays put on my wooden floor without moving around, no matter how much I pivot my feet or move around on it. The colour looks lovely and is very feminine too!

Highly recommended.
