XN8 Resistance Bands Loop Set of 5

Slightly higher priced than some competitive products, these bands come in 5 levels of resistance and are invaluable for rehab and resistance work at home and in the gym. This set does have a little drawstring bag to keep them together and is still good value for money.

You get five different coloured and different resistance natural latex bands for workouts at the home, gym, or traveling.
You will get two light (extra light and light - around 5lbs), one medium and two heavy ( heavy and extra heavy- around 30lbs) - it is marked on the bands, which is helpful.
They come with a carry bag and print-out leaflet with some ideas for workouts. This set costs almost £12, which to be honest, is pretty pricey, as I have seen better sets for half of the price.

This set of resistance bands is currently priced at £6.99 - you get 5 different weighted bands plus a storage bag.

The bands are excellent for doing a range of exercises - I use them for squats, hip thrusts, lunges ankle mobility and shoulder rehab exercises but there are lots of others you can use them for.

The range of weights on the bands is perfect for me and you can increase the weight as your body gets used to the movement to increase the effectiveness of your work out.

They stay in place on the body and dont slip on skin which is great but they can slide slightly on some legging materials - like other similar style latex bands they can roll slightly on the skin sometimes which can make them a little uncomfortable but they are easy to rearrange.

At the current price these are excellent value and I would recommend

Good quality & at the new price (£8.99) good value resistance bands. Very well labelled / colour coded & complete with a carrying case (ableit it could do with being at least an inch or so bigger to actually accommodate the bands!). Without wishing to be sexist though, whilst the makers quote the XXL as having 40lbs resistance, as a man I found it a little too easy to use (feels more like 30lbs max), so I would suggest that these are more suited to females or those using bands for muscle/joint mobility as opposed to workouts.
